With its Network Operations Centre (NOC), VCS ensures that the camera solutions we offer are always working correctly. We monitor your camera network and are at your service 24/7.

At our location in Waalwijk, we monitor the correct operation of equipment, system and software 24/7. The Network Operations Centre dentifies failures and malfunctions and immediately transfers them to the right specialist.

Remote fault resolution

In the NOC, first- and second-line service engineers, network specialists and software engineers work under the direction of a service desk coordinator. They are in direct contact with the third line, the field engineers.

Our staff take immediate action when the monitoring platform detects a fault or error. One of our support engineers picks up the report and carries out the necessary actions. In 80% to 90% of cases, we resolve a remote (impending) failure before the operation of your equipment is affected.

Sometimes a fault occurs that cannot be solved remotely. Then we determine at lightning speed where it is in the chain. With this information, we send our field engineer to the right location. And we solve the fault there.

Recovery time

If, after the initial analysis, it appears that the breakdown needs to be addressed on site, VCS will contact you immediately by phone. We will announce the fastest possible recovery time and coordinate the work with you. You are always leading in determining the priority and repair time.

Our organisation operates 24/7. As a result, we carry out work even in the evening, at night and during public holidays (if the breakdown requires it)..

You stay informed

If a fault occurs, the notification is registered. You will receive confirmation of the notification by e-mail. Our platform contains all notifications with associated data. All relevant information is visible. For example, you can view the type of malfunction, the start and resolution time and historical data.

We prepare a report of every malfunction. Including analysis at component and system level, description of the corrective maintenance work and any special features. This is also transparent for you.
