You can take different types of measures to improve the security of your museum.<\/p>\n<h4>Measures<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Organisational measures: these are measures related to the organisation of security and the physical deployment of security personnel. An example is: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vcsobservation.com\/en\/access-control\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">access control<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Electronic measures: consider an intrusion detection system or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vcsobservation.com\/en\/camera-surveillance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CameraToezicht<\/a>. This system is preferably connected to a private control room. If the camera detects a burglar, the control room takes immediate action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Signals<\/h4>\n<p>Besides taking the above measures, you can also spot a thief yourself. There are a number of signs for this.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aberrant behaviour (around the building), such as inspecting cameras.<\/li>\n<li>Visitors entering unauthorised area.<\/li>\n<li>Setting off alarm systems, such as a fire alarm.
